We are located in the vibrant Aljarafe region of Bormujos. Just a few minutes' walk away you'll find supermarkets, cafes, excellent local restaurants, and a large shopping center (MegaOcio) with cinemas and entertainment venues.
Distance to Seville's historic center: Approximately 8 kilometers (about 10-15 minutes by car or taxi via the A-49 motorway).
Metropolitan Bus: Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you'll find the Consorcio de Transportes bus stop (Lines M-162 and M-163).
Journey: These buses will take you directly to the Plaza de Armas Bus Station (right in the heart of Seville) in about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. From there, you can easily walk to the Cathedral, the Giralda, or cross the bridge to the Triana neighborhood.
By Car / Taxi / Uber: This is the fastest and most convenient option (especially since you have a parking space). Taking the SE-30 motorway and connecting to the A-49 towards Huelva (Bormujos exit), the journey takes about 25-30 minutes.
By Public Transport: * Take the Airport Special Bus (Line EA) right outside the terminal.
Get off at the Plaza de Armas stop (Seville city center). The journey takes about 35 minutes.
At the same Plaza de Armas station, change buses and take the M-162 or M-163 metropolitan bus towards Bormujos, getting off at the stop closest to Calle Chile (San Juan de Dios Hospital / CEU University stop, a short walk from the building).
The following are the accommodation rules that everyone must follow:
Smoking is prohibited both inside the accommodations and throughout the rest of the building.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The accommodation has a noise sensor, configured according to local regulations regarding decibel levels. Noise levels may exceed 75 dB after 10:00 PM. Tampering with or exceeding the noise limit of the device (removing it from its location) will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
No one other than those on the reservation is allowed in the accommodation or the building.
Online check-in is mandatory for all guests aged 14 and over.
The accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you arrived: clean and tidy. Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building. If there are wet towels, please lay them flat on a chair.
If you find any item in the accommodation broken or in poor condition, please report it immediately through this channel.
We understand that accidents can happen. In case of any incident or damage during your stay, please report it as soon as possible.
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to comply with rules 1, 2, or 3 will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the requirement to vacate the accommodation without a refund for any unused days.
