Casa Elja is part of Villa Torrent and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay of several weeks or more. The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Fast Starlink internet makes it ideal for remote work. After a productive day, you can relax in the garden, enjoy the swimming pool, or sit on one of the sun terraces overlooking the hills.
The property is set on a spacious private estate of 2100 m² with shared gardens, fruit trees and several outdoor seating areas. Depending on the season you may even pick your own mandarins or lemons.
Casa Elja is dog friendly and the surrounding countryside offers many opportunities for walking and cycling.
Valencia city centre is about 25 minutes away by car, making the house a great base for exploring the region while enjoying the peace of the countryside.
