Nestled among centuries-old olive trees, this charming property is over a hundred years old and has been beautifully renovated, preserving the traditional stone construction of the region. A newly added pool sits beside a clay-tiled gazebo, which bears markings from past guests dating back over a century. Here, you can unwind in complete peace and privacy while soaking in the breathtaking views. Expansive terraces surround the house, offering multiple spots to relax or enjoy different activities. One of these terraces is covered, providing a perfect setting for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the inviting living room. The two spacious bedrooms are enhanced with ceiling fans for comfort this season, and both feature brand-new mattresses for 2023.
The house is about 2km away from a main road through an unpaved road. The quality of this road may change depending on the rains and such. While we usually drive down this road with a normal vehicle, we are experienced and know what to expect. Please do not book, if you do not have a bit of mountain driving experience. Also, please rent an SUV or a vehicle with good ground clearance. A rental car is required at this location. It is not possible to arrive using taxis.
A security system is in place during the winter months to protect against squatters, though it is not operational during the summer.
