VILLA CLELIA - PLEMMIRIO
The villa (120 sq. m) is located only 10km south from Syracuse. The next sandy beaches are about 8km (Lido Arenella) and 10km (Fontane Bianche) from the property. Lido Arenella is one of the best organised and most beautiful private beach clubs of the eastern Sicilian coast. But also Fontane Bianche offers wonderful sandy beaches and facilities. The beach resort of Plemmirio is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to avoid the hassle of larger beach resorts.

The detached villa is private and is built as three igloos connected to each other and offers new modern furnishings for eight persons (maximum height under connections between igloos: 1.82m). A narrow winding path and steps will lead you from the house through an open landscape to the sea at about 250m (rocky beach).

The accommodation is on one level: a living room with dining area, air conditioning, Satellite TV, kitchenette, and pizza oven; three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning; and one bedroom with bunk beds. All units are provided with air conditioning. The property comprises two small bathrooms with shower/WC (shower maximum height: 1.80m). All rooms have a breathtaking view of the sea.

Spacious terrace and veranda, private swimming pool (12m x 6m - 1-3.5m deep, treated salt water; open 01/04-31/10, but can be open on request at extra cost), external shower, BBQ and garden furniture.Parking inside the fully fenced property. Car recommended.

Stunning location

Stunning views and location. Amazing pool. Remote means intermittent electrics at times. Would be completed with some comfortable seating outside. So much more potential. Recommend.

Quirky but tired villa in a lovely location

Siracusa (Ortigia and Archaeological Park) and Noto are wonderful. Nice beach at Avola. The villa needs work - one shower leaked and was a little mouldy, and the pool was unavailable - indeed it looked like it hadn't been used for some time. Nonetheless it is in a lovely spot with great sea views.

Fantastische Lage mit super BLick aufs Meer und Natur.

Das Anwesen hat sehr grosse Aussenanlagen wie Pool (12x6m), Grotte, und Terrassen, Die Wohnräume sind eher klein, dadurch aber besser zu kühlen mit sehr gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen. Die Bäder sind leider etwas muffig, da nicht genügend Belüftung und auch in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst ist die Ausstattung komplett, das Meer ist nicht weit weg, aber nur über Felsen zu erreichen. Mit kleinen Kindern unter 6 Jahren also eher nichts. Sonst aber super sauber mit sehr vielen Fischen. Toll zum Schnorcheln. Der Verwalter Dario, war immer sofort erreichbar und hat bei allen Angelegenheiten und Fragen sofort und kompetent weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Poolen var bäst

Vi hade inte förstått att huset låg så otillgängligt och öde. Dessutom var det mer slitet än vi hade trott, badrummen var minimala, och speciellt ena badrummet luktade avlopp. Köket luktade bensin från ett av skåpen. Sovrummen var dock rena och fräscha, och ACn fungerade bra. Och det bästa var poolen, som var fantastisk både till storlek och läge. En märklig sak: i huset fanns inga vinglas… Köp det.
