It was very clean and well looked after....it would have been nice to have a small welcome pack with tea and coffee..and maybe a dishcloth would have been helpful...also it would be good for the owner to leave details about the appliances and also the area. After saying that , Tom's, the company on the other end of the phone were very helpful.
