Finca La Casita -Lanzarote.
This property is situated in the stunning setting of the village of La Asomada in Lanzarote. This rural village surrounded by ancient volcanic lava flows together with the island’s typical flora and fauna. The traditional architecture reflects the style promoted by the deceased architect Cesar Manrique, whose lifelong work was to integrate the houses into the aesthetics of the landscape. Stone walls, white houses with brown or green-painted doors and windows were one of his legacies. This luxury apartment is equipped with a private sauna, a private Jacuzzi for 4 people, terrace with barbecue, swimming pool and room to park your rental car.
The interior of the apartment consists of a spacious lounge / kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed with large wardrobes. TV with DVD and Satellite TV, which besides national and international public channels include adult freeview channels.
The bathroom suite includes a sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric heater, kitchen utensils etc. In the lounge, in addition to a music centre and television, a computer is available with free internet connection. On the terrace alongside the jacuzzi there are 2 sun beds with a parasol, barbecue, side table for drinks on the sun loungers and table with chairs.
In addition guests can enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and landscape in privacy.

Das Objekt ist wahrheitsgerecht beschrieben,bis auf die Bezeichnung "Finca",da verstehe ich ein freistehendes Haus!In der weiteren Beschreibung wird es aber dann als Appartm. bezeichnet ,was dann zutrifft!Es ist schön u. praktisch ausgestattet,alles ist sauber ,der Pool ist schön zum Abkühlen u. war jetzt im Juli etwas beheizt,da sehr starker Wind war!Es funktioniert weitgehend alles !!Die Vermieterin hat ein Empfangsbuquett :Sekt,Wein,Obstschale u.tägl. frische Semmeln,bereitgestellt!Auch für alles Andere hat sie bestens gesorgt!

Quiet, peaceful relaxing and amazing views.

From the start of our booking our owner was in contact with us, helping us with enquires. Mercy greeted us when we arrived early evening, showed us around the Villa on how to work the sauna, pool, jacuzzi, tv and gave us her number for us to call her if there was any problems. Mercy also arrange for a taxi to pick us up from the Villa on evenings when we went in to town for a meal and drinks. Nothing was too much. Mercy was so welcoming and kept our privacy. We had fresh rolls delivered everyday and on the day we arrived, water, milk, clean towels, tea towels, champagne and chocolates were given to us. On Christmas Eve Mercy popped in with some local delicacies sweet potato cakes which were yummy. We felt begin on the side of the hill some nights were a bit chilly,but the views for the Villa are amazing. We have been to Lanzarote many times and this holiday we would say was our best experience. Thank Mercy and Hector for your great hospitality.

Excellent accommodation. Mercy was an excellent host.

Every thing worked. Jacuzzi was excellent. Fresh rolls every morning from Mercy. Champagne, wine, beers, milk and soda on check in. What more do you want? Also very quiet in the night. Only noise was the wind blowing. Can get very strong. Weather fantastic for this time of the year.

Quelques petits problèmes,rien de grave!!

Mersi est très sympathique,on voit tout de suite que c'est une personne très avenante,mais qui n'est pas la propriétaire,c'est trop flagrant!!! J'ai dû acheter une poêle afin de pouvoir cuisiner (que j'ai offert à la voisine),avec une poêle de 20 cm,il est impossible de cuire un poisson. L'acceuil et la prestance de la Dame qui se fait appeler Hector & Mersi,était très cordiale,fruits et frigo très acceuillant et je remercie Mersi où Mercy???? Petit bémol, attention aux produits périmés,les chocolats ne se gardes pas éternellement, il y avait une boîte en grès avec de l'ail,malheur pour moi,je n'ai pas mis le nez dessus,je me suis fais une lenguado le 2ème soir avec l'ail resté dans l'appartement,j'ai été malade 2 jours,le lendemain, j'avais réservé au Davinci,nous n'y sommes jamais allé.Le lendemain ma femme m'a dit, sens le bocal,l'ail dessous était complètement pourrit et il y avait une bête noire style cafard au fond du bocal. Faites attention. Le sauna n'a jamais fonctionné,ce n'est pas grave,déjà à Lanzarote,je ne vois pas l'intérêt et de plus,pendant nos 3 semaines de vacances,nous avons laissé la fenêtre ouverte,l'odeur d`humidité?? Aïe aïe,intenable. Toutes les semaines,ils remettent la piscine à niveau,donc eau froide,impossibilité à ma femme,qui malheureusement avait des béquilles, de se baigner,la mer est bien plus chaude!! S'ils pouvaient mettre un peu d'huile sur les charnières des portes,ça éviterait de réveiller son conjoint durant la nuit. Nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances. Cordiales salutations. Joyeuses fêtes de Noël et bonne année. ça ne peux jamais être parfait mais c'était bien!!!

Good owners, quiet location, luxury accommodation.

Everything needed and more was provided in this property. Separate towels for beach, pool and bath along with a couple of bath robes. Well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave and stove-top coffee percolator. Wine, fruit and a delicious chorizo and chickpea stew which the owner said they had leftover in the pot from lunch. What a wonderful welcome after an exhausting journey! Run by thoughtful Spanish / English speaking owners, who attended promptly to every need, also remained respectful of our privacy. We communicated by text message when necessary. The roof pool was a relaxing place to sit and admire the extensive view of countryside and sea. A Catholic chapel, café and mini market can be found in La Asomada which is a hillside village 5 minutes drive from the beach resort of Puerto del Carmen and the modern marina Puerto Calero. A larger supermarket is 3 minutes drive away. DVD/TV is mostly in German but the computer is multilingual. The house was spacious, clean and well presented, the bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood was peaceful. Many thanks to the owners for doing everything possible to make our stay a happy one.

Flitterwochen

Wir haben das Vergnügen gehabt unsere Flitterwochen in Finca La Casita zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und in sehr ruhige Lage mit traumhafter ausblick aufs Meer, und super Jacuzzi. Danke an den Vermieter fur die unterstutzung und gute Kommunikation. Ein Unterkunft zum weiter empfehlen!

Great stay in La Asomada

We visited Lanzarote in August & stayed in an appartment called Finca La Casita Romantic in La Asomada.The whole experience was totaly relaxing from start to finish.Car hire was pre booked by the owner so we were out of the airport in no time.We were met at the airport and followed back so no maps required.On arrival we were shown around & shown how to use the private jacuzzi,sauna & satalite t.v's. We liked to drive out during the day(Puerto del Carmen,Puerto Calaro less than10 mins away)and come back to the Finca and relax in the afternoon around a very spacious pool area.Great holiday,Highly recommended,ENJOY!
