They can make use of all common areas while always respecting the community rules regarding noise and being able to be used only by registered guests of the accommodation. It is totally prohibited to have parties on the property or loud noises between 11 pm and 9 am.



The set is located 5 minutes by car from the beach of Cala de Mijas and the restaurant and leisure area.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
