Seaside Cottage facing south overlooking Ventnor beach
Just 100 metres from Ventnor beach with private parking for 2 cars. Steps lead to a small garden and front door. Lounge with veranda doors and seating for 5. Fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs loo & small outside seating area.
Stairs to 1st floor bedroom with bathroom opposite, and small study with desk. Bedroom verandah doors lead out to 2 metre wide balcony with electric sun blind overlooking the esplanade, beach and sea.
Stairs to 2nd floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Full height windows with view of beach and sea.
Ventnor Esplanade - just 100 metres from the house - is home to the acclaimed 'Smoking Lobster' restaurant along with the celebrated 'Spyglass Inn' in addition to the Millbay pub, the Met Tapas bar, Toni's Tea and Cake bar, and Lady Scarlett's retro teahouse and the Blake's Longshoreman's Museum (the Blake have worked the beach for 138 years - and still do (beach huts, café, and deckchairs.
The town centre is 10 minutes walk away. Here are more restaurants plus a Co-Op and Tescos and plenty of independant shops.
The nearby attractions are the famous Ventnor Botanic Gardens, along with Ventnor Park (Café and putting green, and sports facilities are the Ventnor Golf Club, Tennis Club, and Bowls Club.
From the bus stop in the town centre you can journey across the island.
