Avallon is a wonderful, spacious detached holiday home just outside Penzance on the road to Lands End, situated down its own private lane surrounded by fields, in seven acres of its own land. The property has two double bedrooms and a bunk room, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room meaning it can accommodate up to six people. There is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, along with a conservatory overlooking the gardens where the children can play out in the sun. There is also ample off road parking and with so much to see and do in this area of Cornwall, Avallon makes the perfect base for a getaway exploring this stunning, unspoilt region. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note: WIFI is currently not working due to storms earlier this year. Please note that while the property does have a garden, the surrounding fields are farmland and are therefore outside the remit of this property maintenance.



The Neighborhood:

The seaside harbour town of Penzance is situated in one of Cornwall’s most popular holiday areas. The town offers the National Trust owned St Michael’s Mount, as well as winding streets, shops, clubs and restaurants, and there are a wealth of sandy beaches very close by. The South West coast path passes through Penzance and winds its way along the cliff tops towards Land’s End, plus the open air Minack Theatre and Gwennap Head are close by.
