Massive sectional sofa sits 8-10 very comfortably, perfect for rainy nights in with friends or family. This pet friendly home sleeps 10-12 with ease, and has a washer/dryer in unit. Parking spot out front, with additional parking in the adjacent lot. Just minutes from downtown Rehoboth Beach, this townhome is centrally located to many delicious restaurants, fun bars, and boutique shops.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the laundry room. Place all used bed linens at the end of each bed. Please leave mattress protectors on and quilts folded on beds.
Please return the thermostat to 72 degrees. Return all parking tags to welcome book. Dumpsters can be found on the map in the back of the welcome book.

We stayed here last 4th and this 4th. This location is perfect, the house is so cute, and the hosts are great! Cannot recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rehoboth Beach! The location is close to the beach. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would happily stay here again!

Rehoboth trip

The hosts were extremely quick to respond to a few minor things. They gave fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and the home had plenty of space and parking.

Nice roomy and easy access to Rehoboth Beach

The townhouse is large and spacious and it's nice being a bit away from the crowds in town, but a very easy drive, uber or bike ride into town. The photos are accurate, it's a quiet area which is nice too. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our visit

Girls Weekend

My friends and I had an amazing weekend in Rehoboth/Dewey. The house is beautiful and bigger than expected, pictures do not do it justice. Communication with the owners was immediate and they were very friendly to talk to. The only con I have is parking but other than that everything was perfect! Highly recommend staying here for any trips you may have planned.

Amazing Location

This was a great place to stay! There was 9 of us in total and we fit comfortably In the place. The location to Rehoboth boardwalk was less than 10 minutes to drive to during 4 of July weekend. The only thing is that a $75 fee was required for the dog. Otherwise, we loved the location and will want to stay again!

Just What We Needed

This home fit our family just right. All beds including hide-a-bed were used & were comfortable. The kitchen table & counter stools allowed all to eat at same time. The living room couch is huge & was a great gathering place. Location is wonderful. Pet friendly too.

Rehoboth Townhome

Property was well located, clean, and comfortable. Check in process was easy and communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated the pet policy. The kitchen could be stocked better with glasses and cups. Would’ve liked directions for TV access to local channels and streaming. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Convenient location to Rehobeth and Dewey

Warm and welcoming townhome community in a quiet neighborhood off of Route 1. Easy bike ride to near by Point cafe for coffee and delicious baked goods or to Crystal diner for a great breakfast. Our family safely rode into Dewey for a fun night out for dinner and ice cream. The Lewes/Rehobth bike trail is also conveniently located to ride into Henlopen state park. The house has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing weekend. The pictures and descriptions are accurate.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time in this awesome home. Everything was just as we expected from the pictures. The rooms were even larger than we thought and all the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and bathroom items (except the lower level shower). There were 4 bathrooms, which was awesome to have with 9 people staying, but the two shower drains were very slow to drain, but doable. The kitchen and living room area were wonderful to relax and hang out in and there was plenty of room for us all. We would totally stay again. Thank you!
