The Space:

Benllech Bay Cottage, a single-storey bungalow, consists of a kitchen with double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, electric fire, and dining table with seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, both with Smart TVs. There is two shower rooms with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, patio, lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for three cars or two cars and a boat. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 0.4, shop 0.6 miles, beach 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a memorable escape to Isle of Anglesey at Benllech Bay Cottage. Note: From June 2025, this owner will be accepting a minimum of 7 nights between May-September. Please note that electric vehicles CANNOT be charged at this property as there is no official charging point installed. Unfortunately charging from a normal plug point in the house IS NOT ALLOWED as this will invalidate the owners house insurance policy. There are a number of designated charging points on Anglesey and it is recommended to familiarise yourself with these locations prior to visiting the cottage, thank you.



The Neighborhood:

Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
