The bedrooms include a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a double, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), and a bunk bed serviced by a bathroom, first-floor cloakroom and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a wrap-around garden with a lawn, patio, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Two well-behaved pets are allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.4 miles a shop, 0.3 miles a pub and 1.3 miles a river. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Sparrow House. Please note that the garden is not fully secure should you be wishing to bring pets on your stay.
