To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with furniture, as well as shared use of the on-site facilities including a bar, restaurant and children's play area. 11 Pendarves is the perfect base for families, friends or couples looking to explore the nearby rugged coast of Cornwall.



The Neighborhood:

The bustling village of St Merryn is just three miles from Padstow and eleven miles from Newquay. The village has many amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and a post office. The village's motto is 'seven bays for seven days'. This comes from the seven beaches in the parish. Two of these beaches are Booby's Bay and Harlyn Bay which are within two miles from St Merryn and are perfect for the surfing and rock pooling. Within a ten minute drive, are the safe life-guarded sandy beaches of Mother Ivey's Bay, Treyamon Bay and Porthcothan, which are excellent for families. Nearby is the harbour town of Padstow, which has a number of shops and restaurants. For walkers and cyclists, the Camel Trail, which runs from Padstow is essential, and is one of the best known trails in Cornwall. Within a thirty minute drive from St Merryn is the wonderful Eden Project, The Blue Reef Aquarium and the Crealy Adventure Park. This part of Cornwall is perfect and ideal at any time of the year.
