With one king-size bedroom, one double bedroom, and a further single bedroom, this lovely cottage can comfortably accommodate up to five guests, and is the perfect base for a memorable Dorset holiday.
The cottage is well situated for exploring the nearby stunning Jurassic Coast, with Hive Beach just two miles away, and popular West Bay with its harbour and iconic cliffs just a pleasant drive or cycle away. With a variety of towns and villages within easy reach including Bridport, Charmouth, Lyme Regis, Abbotsbury and Weymouth, there are lots of options for days out and adventures, and you are spoilt for choice whether rain or shine. The county town of Dorchester sits just twelve miles away, and offers plenty of activities with its shops and cinemas, Roman Town House, Iron Age hill fort, museums and National Trust owned Thomas Hardy's Max Gate and Cottage, and there is so much to do on the coast and in the countryside you will be sure to return.

Our pretty stone cottage is a peaceful retreat where you can truly rewind. We love the sunny garden, perfect for soaking in views of the surrounding countryside. We're ideally located near the stunning Jurassic Coast and the vibrant market town of Bridport, with lovely walks right from the doorstep. We have a young family and love being so close to the beach as well as everything else that Dorset has to offer. Whether you're looking for relaxation or family adventures, there's lots to enjoy close by!

Ground Floor: Sitting/dining room With comfortable seating and a smart television. Dining area With a dining table and seating for six guests, a window seat and a fireplace with modern gas stove. Kitchen With a range style cooker with electric ovens and large gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Door to the terraced garden.
First Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed. Bedroom two With a 4'6 double bed. Bedroom three With a 3' single bed. Family bathroom With a bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. Cloakroom With a wash basin and WC.
Outside: Steep terraced hillside garden with steps between the levels and delightful rural views across the valley towards the church, particularly from the top. Please note that children should be supervised, and care taken particularly when descending the steps between the various terraces in the garden. Garden furniture provided on the lower level and also additional bench seating at the top of the garden. Roadside parking in front of the cottage for up to two cars.
