The property is completely surrounded by trees and gardens and offers stunning views from every point of vantage points Cool and breezy in the hot days of summer Palermo and warm and cozy in the winter. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view from dawn to dusk in front of the turquoise sea and the sides of the mountains surrounding Palermo. The structure, whilst being close to the beach, is located in a quiet and secluded area, you will be woken by birdsong and you will sleep with the distant sound of the waves.
