Welcome to Casa Kaiyo — a stylish and spacious villa in Calpe, designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy Mediterranean living. Ideal for up to 6–8 guests, it features multiple terraces, a private pool, and thoughtfully designed interiors just a short walk from the beach. The home is fully equipped for year-round stays, with air conditioning and radiators for winter comfort.



Located in a peaceful residential area of Calpe, the villa offers a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. La Fossa Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, while the small cove of Cala Calalga is just a few minutes on foot—ideal for a quick swim or snorkelling. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within easy walking distance, with supermarkets a short drive away. The charming old town of Calpe is around 5 minutes by car, and the nearby Peñón de Ifach Natural Park offers great hiking and stunning views. Everything is close at hand, while you still enjoy a quiet and comfortable setting.



The villa features a bright, open living area with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and large sliding doors that fill the space with natural light. Connected to the living room is a sunlit enclosed terrace, styled as a second lounge—perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying your morning coffee—and it also has a small children’s play space—perfect for families traveling with kids.



The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for both everyday comfort and social cooking, featuring an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, and air fryer, along with a stylish breakfast bar with seating. A separate dining area offers a cozy space for indoor meals.



On the main floor, there are two well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is located in the hallway. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning, a Smart TV and direct access to the enclosed terrace.



The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and offers complete privacy. It is only accessible via an external staircase and consists of a large room with a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet—ideal for guests who appreciate a bit of extra seclusion.



Designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, the villa offers beautifully arranged outdoor spaces ideal for both entertaining and unwinding, including a private 8x5m swimming pool (which can be heated on request, see conditions below), sun loungers, shaded relaxation areas, a stylish outdoor lounge, a hanging basket chair for quiet moments, a BBQ with dining area for up to 8 guests, and multiple terraces providing sun or shade throughout the day. From peaceful mornings with coffee to long evenings dining outdoors, every space is thoughtfully designed to make the most of outdoor living.

Pool heating:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.



Please Note:

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home;

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

6: The third bedroom can only be reached via an external staircase.
