Located in the village of Plévenon,
We offer for rent our cottage that can accommodate up to 7 people.
You can read the time on the church tower from the house!
The first beach is 2km away, or 20 minutes on foot.

The house has been labeled "furnished tourism, 3 stars".

The cottage consists of a main room downstairs, with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (bath) and wc.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to a shower room, with wc and 3 bedrooms. The total surface is around 80 M2.
The first bedroom has a single bed downstairs and a single bed on the mezzanine (on real floor, see photos).
The second has a single bed downstairs and two single beds on the mezzanine.
For safety reasons the 3 beds on the mezzanines are not recommended for children under 6 years old.
The last has a double bed.
In all bedrooms you will find cupboards and wardrobes.
The following interior equipment is available: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, vacuum cleaner.
Wifi is available.

In front of the house the garden is at your disposal with a garden furniture and a barbecue.

From the house, on foot within two minutes, you will find for your comfort a bakery, a butcher with small grocery store, a crêperie, a tobacco shop, a seller of mussels and oysters from the bay of Fresnaye, a lounge hairdressing.

What can I say about the magnificent landscape that you can discover and rediscover?
The lighthouse of Cap Fréhel and its cliffs, Fort La Latte a few kilometers away.
Many hiking and biking trails leave from the town.
Not far from there, the immense and magnificent beach of Sables d'Or les Pins, the port of Erquy, a Mecca for scallop fishing, or the charm of Saint-Cast Le Guildo or Pléneuf Val André ...
A little further, Dinard at 30 km, Saint-Malo at 40 km.

Rentals are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Weekend rentals are possible, for prices consult us.
No rental for one night only, two to three nights minimum are required.

Sheets can be provided on request, count 8 euros per bed extra.
The cleaning fee is 70 euros, but you can also do the complete cleaning on departure yourself.

Please always exchange by email with us instead of paying directly to reserve the rental. We find it more pleasant to exchange a few emails before finalizing a rental.
We take care of welcoming you ourselves. We are available if necessary throughout your stay.
The gîte adjoins our house, but is an independent house.
Our respective gardens are on either side of the house.
