Esperienza molto positiva. Tutti gli ambienti rispecchiano esattamente le foto dell'annuncio. Pulizia e servizi dell'alloggio eccellenti. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa, in una zona tranquilla circondata dal verde e con la vista della montagna retrostante. Raggiungere il mare è comodissimo, sono circa 7/8 min max in auto.Punteggio lodevole. Complimenti a Stefania.

Die Vermieterin war sehr lieb. Sie hat ausführlich über Aktivitäts sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aufgeklärt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattete. Von dem Ort Capazziano Pianore kann man sehr gut verschiedene Nahangrenzende Strände und Städte besuchen wie zB Pisa. Die ca. 3 km. entferne Stadt Pietrasanta ist v.a. abends sehr zu empfehlen. Alles insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

La maison est idéalement située entre mer et montagne. Pas trop loin de Pise. Cela permet de faire des excursions différentes chaque jour. Le musée du carnaval est très divertissant. Stephania est une personne très sympathique, souriante et prévenante. Tous les draps (de lit, de vaisselle, de bain) sont prévus. Si vous avez de la chance vous aurez peut-être la visite d'un gros hérisson dans le jardin. En quelques minutes à pieds, se trouvent toute une série de petits commerces tels pizzerias, boulangerie, pâtisserie, fruits et légumes, fleurs et plantes, etc...et pour un repas toscan typique, rien de tel que les fèves blanches à la poutargue, les spaghettis crème et truffes d'été ou leur spécialité de Tordelli al ragu (raviolis) et une portion de tiramisu fait maison chez Baccalà Vino e Merendino.
