Unit 42- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | This fully remodeled beautifully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The Living Room has a sofa and a recliner chair and a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The master bedroom also has a 48” TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo has tile throughout with two area rugs. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Comfort with an awesome view of best beach in the world!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our week at the Palm Bay Club in unit 52! It was newly renovated with comfortable furniture.The unit has a window view from bedroom to porch and living area! The kitchen was well stocked with serving and cook ware.The location on the crescent beach is perfect for either a mile walk into town or 1/2 mile walk toward the Crescent Market.Located easy for the Trolley into the village or to Turtle Beach.We love the area. We have been to Siesta Key for over 40 years and have stayed at the Palm Bay Club now 4 years! Beach chairs always available with placement service ready to help!

Great Stay During Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at the Palm Bay and I am sure there will be more. They communicate great and check in and check out is really easy! The Security there is a little over baring and really need to learn to respect the people that are there for Vacation a little better but other then that we had a great time!!!!

Beautiful Condo Unit

Except for the cool, cloudy, rainy weather, it was a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful condo resort and unit! Clean and very well appointed! Excellent place to enjoy Siesta Key.
