The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee standard coffee maker , as well as a Keurig. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
