About this property

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The Master bathroom has a bath tub and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. This condo also comes equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. The condo has new wood flooring throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Perfect Vacation Unit

Wagon, coolers, fishing poles etc. it made my son’s vacation experience truly amazing fishing over the pier. Loved everything that this unit had. Looking forward to future stays. We miss it already.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great and worked out perfect with the bunk beds for us. Only thing I would check is the washer door would pop open while it was running a load of clothes. Maybe have maintenance take a look at it. It was not a big deal but wanted the owners to know so they can look at it. Otherwise the place was great!!

We had easy access to the dock for fishing, the small pool, and the hot tub. And it was a short walk to the big pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and an incredible beach.
