Unit 108- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. The partial view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds which are firm mattresses without mattress pillow tops and a 32" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE: The living room has a sofa bed that is locked and is not available for guest usage. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condominium has tile flooring throughout the unit. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes.

The property is first class. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The location could not be better. The only complaint I have is the unit we were in had very very uncomfortable beds. Also one of the 2 pools were across the street. Other than that this place is amazing.

A little bit of heaven!

This condo is in the perfect spot! This stretch of beach on Siesta Key is on a relatively private, incredibly soft white sand beach that allows for long walks or relaxing on the beach as you watch the sunsets. There are great restaurants nearby but it is also not far from downtown Sarasota or near St. Armands Circle. And the condo was just as advertised. It has fantastic views and was comfortable and neat. While we didn't use them, the pool and tennis courts looked inviting. Highly recommended.

Lovely Vacation

This condo was the perfect stay for my mom and I’s quick trip to Siesta Key. Location was great, especially with the trolley stop just a few feet away. The beach was gorgeous and we loved not having to bring our own towels and chairs. The space could feel tight if it were 4 adults, but just right for 2 adults or a family with kids. Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular Stay

Palm Bay Club is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at other properties on Siesta Key over the years and most were fine, but the Palm Bay Club is always the place we liked the best and always come back too. We plan on staying here from now on. ALL staff personnel are always very nice, cordial, respectful and helpful with any and everything.

A View of Heaven

What a view and very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. Extremely roomy. The big plant in front of the glass wall should be removed as very dusty and too large for the space; also no broom available to sweep any sand. Those are the only two negatives...Everything was so enjoyable.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay at this towers condo at Palm Bay. The view was amazing. It was very clean and quiet. This condo is the perfect size for a couple. The grounds were pretty and we loved the bayside pool. We didn’t use the laundry or fitness room. The beach was awesome with very soft, fine sand. This is very minor but I would request a cooler for guest use because that is something guests can’t bring if they are flying in. Otherwise we had the essentials we needed. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are a beach lover, this is the location for you. Right on the beach, beautiful view and beach access. Bit of a walk to the pool and street. Main road is where you need go to catch trolley or ride into town. No walkable food or drink places nearby. We did not know this ahead. When “resort” is in description we assumed at least one bar or eatery. Condo is bare minimum so stop for groceries/supplies on way in. Could use a new coffee pot. Definitely recommend staying here.
