Unit 114- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 2 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV and there is a new sofa. The bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower . The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a standard 12 cup coffee maker. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is furnished and has an enclosed patio with sliding windows, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Couldn't beat the view. It was an easy process to check in. Plenty of parking. Gated community. And being the top floor and having the view of the beach and we could even see all the Lifeguard chairs. Place was a little dated, but it was more than good enough for what we wanted and needed.

This was a very nice condo with a lovely view up the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. Fast, efficient check in and check out. Good parking available. The free trolley stop was on Midnight Pass Rd and convenient to the Village, Aldi and Sarasota. We hope to be back!

Perfect solo trip

I absolutely loved this room. The views were amazing and it was a perfect condo for my first solo trip. I’ve stayed at this property before but in a different room. I’m very glad I was able to get to the top floor with a view this time. The Palm Bay club is one of my favorite places to stay.

Nice Property

The property was clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Description is accurate and no issues. A little dated but certainly nothing that affects the functionality. My only negative would be that for this price range, beach umbrellas should be included in price instead of being available for rent at 25 a day. Also, Having been staying in SK for 20 years, I was surprised the beach chairs weren't all set up in the morning, instead of as people came in. But again, not a big deal.

Love Siesta key. Recommended suggestion

The unit needs some updates. The main problem was the passing from the beach to the building. We enjoy the place every year for July the 4th. It is the raining season and water deposits are expected. The entrance got a big and not heathy rain pond. Just passing is a hazard as well as a liability. I will recommend you to issue the problem with the building and owners association. I love the place. Thanks

Very nice unit with view of the gulf. Had everything we needed to cook. Everyone in the complex was very friendly . We walked to the village which is about 2 miles away but there are free ride services for just a driver tip available. Overall excellent experience

We had an amazing time at Palm Bay. Check in was a breeze. Our family stayed across the street, so we used both the pool and beach for the full four days. The room was clean and was loaded with everything you need. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a perfect view of the sunset. We had no negative things to say. We highly recommend staying at Palm Bay.
