Comprising of: Bedroom 1: King size bed, and en-suite shower room Bedroom 2: Twin beds, and en-suite shower room Bedroom 3: Bunk beds and two single bedsThe master bedroom at the front of the property has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room and the third has a bunk bed and two single beds, making it a perfect room for up to 4 children if required. (Please note that the house is ideally set up for 6 guests as it is not a huge property, however 4 adults and 4 children would be permitted). There is an additional family bathroom with bath and handheld shower.

The living area to the rear of the bungalow is gorgeously bright and a wonderful entertaining space, particularly when the sun is shining and the bi-folds are opened right up to extend the house into the garden. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped, the dining table seats 6-8 guests and there is seating for 6 guests in the TV area.

The rear garden is a little sun trap with dining furniture and relaxed seating.

Anchor is a 20metre walk to the beach at East Wittering and a 5 minute stroll into the village with all its restaurants, cafes and amenities.

There is parking for up to 3 cars on the gravel drive.
