The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 105 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Serpente in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The flat has a full bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet, plus a second shower room and a separate WC.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A separate washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience. The flat has building-controlled heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés is one of Paris’s most celebrated neighbourhoods, and this apartment sits right in the heart of it. The Blvd Saint-Germain is just steps away, lined with legendary cafés — Les Deux Magots, Café de Flore and Brasserie Lipp are all within a short walk, as are dozens of independent bookshops, art galleries and boutiques that give the area its distinctive intellectual energy.
The neighbourhood is exceptionally well-stocked with markets and food shopping: the Marché Saint-Germain is close by, and Rue de Buci offers an outdoor market most mornings with fresh produce, cheese and charcuterie. For dinner, the side streets around Rue Mazarine and Rue Dauphine are packed with bistros and wine bars. The Musée de Cluny, the Pont Neuf and the Seine riverbanks are all within a comfortable walk.
Transport is excellent — Odeon and Saint-Michel (lines 4 and 10) are both very close, connecting you quickly to the Marais, Montparnasse and beyond. The Luxembourg Gardens are a ten-minute stroll south, perfect for a morning run or an afternoon picnic under the chestnuts.

The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
