Good to Know Before You Book
This is a single-storey bungalow, so there are no stairs to navigate. Evenings tend to be peaceful, and we ask that you keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbours. The garden is enclosed but not fully secure, so dogs prone to wandering should be supervised outside. Check-in is via a key safe located by the front door, with full instructions sent ahead of arrival. Please note the sewerage system is sensitive, so only flush human waste and small amounts of toilet roll. Charging of e-scooter and e-bike batteries is not permitted, and electric vehicle charging is not available on site, though we are happy to share local charging point details.
Extra charges
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at £25 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of two. Early check-in is available at £20 per hour and late check-out at £20 per hour, both subject to availability.
Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
