Location can't be better, right in Jardin du Luxembourg and easy access to subway or bus. Walking distance to many places as well. The AC is not very good and won't do the job during heat wave and sun hitting directly the windows with no blind. One of the bedroom had only light shade and no blackout. Amazing view of the Eiffel tower and Paris.
