You’ll never be short of things to do at this superb accommodation with a range of on site facilities whether you want to jump in the swimming pool or visit the local attractions – you’ll be spoilt for choice! This property is located in the grounds of the locally acclaimed Waie Inn and has everything needed for a memorable Devon family holiday. The central location of the property means that guests are in an ideal position to visit all the county has to offer. The East Devon coast can be reached by a short drive to the likes of Exmouth, Sidmouth and Sandy Bay. Killerton House and Bicton Gardens are places of interest that make a great family day out. Take a short trip to the city of Exeter where visitors can shop, see the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral then relax with a meal on the quay.


Step inside the property to the kitchen/diner; the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Enjoy leisurely meals around the dining table and afterwards relax in front of the Smart TV in the lounge. Heading upstairs you will find the three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single, all of them are equipped with TVs. The family bathroom on the first floor has a shower over the bath and a WC. There is also a separate WC downstairs.


Outside is an enclosed private patio area with an outdoor dining table and seating. Guests have free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool and sports hall (subject to availability). The onsite sports hall offers badminton, tennis, netball and football (no charges apply). Other shared onsite facilities include snooker and pool tables, table tennis, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides, or in the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop. Carp fishing is also available nearby.
