Please note that the building does have an elevator, however there are few stairs to reach the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 180 × 200 cm bed and the other with a 160 × 200 cm bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups traveling together. The separate living room offers a large sofa bed measuring 150 × 200 cm, a comfortable seating area, and a large dining table, perfect for shared meals, working, or relaxing after a day in Prague. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed, such as a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete kitchenware. For added comfort, the apartment has two modern bathrooms, both fitted with rain showers. A 2-in-1 washer and dryer is also available in the unit.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prague`s New Town, one of the city`s most sought-after neighborhoods, surrounded by historic architecture, charming cafés, traditional Czech restaurants, trendy bistros, bakeries, and boutique shops. Just a short walk away, you`ll find Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, the National Theatre, and the lively Národní třída, while Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and Charles Bridge are all easily reachable on foot. Excellent public transport connections are just around the corner, with the Můstek (Metro Lines A & B), Karlovo náměstí and Národní třída (Metro Line B) stations, as well as several tram stops, allowing you to experience the city`s rich history, vibrant atmosphere, and world-famous landmarks right from your doorstep.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 250 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed on request (additional fees applies).
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
