Wonderful condo

We love Punta Mita! This is our second time in this wonderful condo! It’s very spacious, very clean, and has an incredible view. The cleaning lady (called Veronica) is also an amazing chef. We had a delicious breakfast each day and she’s a wonderful person. Highly recommend this condo!!

Exceptional property for the perfect vacation!

This was our family’s fifth return and it did not disappoint. From the moment of being picked at the airport, to arriving to the property with the fridge filled with our groceries, we immediately relax into vacation mode with the exceptional concierge service and wonderful cooking from Gladys. The local restaurants and food at the clubs are also fantastic. Fun excursions snorkeling at the Marietas and Zip Lining at Vista Paraiso are amazing additions to a truly relaxing and fun filled vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome girls trip!

This was my second time to Hacienda de Mita and the property did not disappoint. This unit was beautiful, very clean and had an amazing bay view. Communication leading up to the stay was a little challenging due to the language barrier and some details were missed, however, Luis was our on-site concierge contact and was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home.

Great Location-All the ammenities

We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental.

Love this place!

We had a beautiful unit with incredible views! I don't have a single complaint about the place. Concierge arranged transport to/from the airport, in-unit massages for the whole family to kick off our vacation and grocery delivery. It was so nice to have Gracia preparing breakfast and lunch daily, loved dining at nearby Mina restaurant and the ease of having the concierge help us plan our excursions. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The property looks exactly how the pictures and overview describe it. The 8 of us enjoyed the property, the included golf cart is necessary - especially since it was our first time to Punta mita. The location is perfect and close to town, and the beach clubs we have access to were stunning! If we come back with a group of 8 we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again!

Excellent Property

Staying in the Hacienda de Mita inside the Punta Mita resort is amazing. This particular condo is perfect. They took great care of us and worked hard to make sure that any need we had was met. The concierge team worked to hire a private chef to come and cook us a spectacular dinner on the night of our arrival. This dinner was one of the highlights of our stay. The concierge team also picked up groceries for us before our arrival so when we got to the condo there was already all the groceries we wanted. And the housekeeper made us breakfast in the mornings using the food from the groceries we had ordered. We had such a great stay and we look forward to returning soon.

Week in paradise

A lovely family trip. We loved the view, being so close to the ocean, town, parking garage. Having the golf cart for 6 was perfect and useful for beach clubs. The unit is beautiful. Having a cook for breakfast and lunch is amazing (9:30 ish breakfast and 1:30ish lunch). We loved the beach clubs. El surf had great boogie boarding and surfing waves. They have a minimum food purchase at that club, which we didn’t realize until getting there. we rented surf boards for the week from a place in town and also took a snorkeling boat trip for our family from the place, which was cheaper than scheduling individual excursions. We tried to Uber to sayulita but, I wouldn’t recommend because it is difficult to find uber drivers available and only for 4 people. We took the bus from the Oxxo, which gave us a different experience. We could have hired drivers through the concierge, which would have been nice and easy but we wanted to save $. Our favorite restaurant for the true Mexican food was Marys in Sayulita. Our favorite restaurant in Punta Mita village was La Pescadora. We dined at the Asai restaurant At Kupuri and it is beautiful. Our daughter got sick the last night from something we assume she ate at La Rustica but none of the rest of us did so we aren’t sure what caused it, maybe the meatballs. We ate there twice because we liked the options and the beach location. Two nights we brought home quesadillas/tacos from a tiny restaurant across from Punta Mita Surf Lodge.

Great stay!

We booked this property last minute for a Christmas getaway. Jesus and Gladys were phenomenal as our concierge and cook/housekeeper. The condo was always clean and very comfortable for our group of seven. We loved the location next to the gates into town and took advantage of the beach clubs, golfing and tennis each day. The pools on the property were super clean and never busy, very relaxing! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great stay!
