Beach at your toes, sand in your hands. Come and enjoy "Sea La Vie"

Sea La Vie. Come and enjoy life in our beautiful townhome on the beach. Newly remodeled as of May 2018. New applicances, cookware,flooring,decks, etc. Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a large beach level deck as well as a second floor master suite balcony. The master suite with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Master bedroom has a private balcony over looking the beautiful white sands & the Gulf. First floor includes a bedroom that has one queen bed and also includes a full laundry with full bath, a full kitchen, and living area over looking the beach. Second floor bedroom has a queen bed and twin with full en suite bath. Second floor also includes a bunkroom with two built-in twin bunks.
For larger parties my best friends own the adjoining home on the east end. Their VRBO number is 1114818. For even larger parties they also own a home a mile down the road VRBO #1222400.

Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The house had literally everything we needed for our 8-day stay and had more than enough room for our family to spread out and relax comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen and grill utensils - we just had to buy the food. We ate breakfast and lunch on the deck every day and then went right back out to the beach. They provided chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and toys for the littles to play with. Being right on the beach was absolutely perfect. Every morning, we were able to set our chairs up and enjoy the beach without fighting big crowds, which made the entire experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.Sheryl, the housekeeper and property manager, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout our stay. We had zero issues with the home from start to finish.This truly felt like a home away from home, and we made so many great memories here. We will absolutely be booking again for our trip next year and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free beach vacation.

This townhouse is wonderful. We had a party of 6 and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep and hang out in the room. The kitchen is great if you like to cook and has everything you need to cook a meal. We never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers at the same time. The townhouse is also very clean and the communication from Lisa and Sheryle makes everything so much easier and convenient. The view from the master balcony is amazing. It only takes little over a minute to get to the water. We will definitely book again at this perfect getaway!

This place is wonderful!

This property is fabulous, clean and beautiful. Having one bedroom on the main level was perfect for my disabled sister along with the short walk to the beach. The location great and sunsets were beautiful.

Awesome Beach Stay

We had an amazing stay! The property is nicely updated, has so many amenities, was clean, and was in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners even included beach towels and chairs. The owners were also great with communication (checked in to make sure we had everything we needed). We can't wait to return!
