Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Unit #302 is a 2-story condo with Gulf views that sleeps 4. This 1-bedroom with loft WaterColor condo is in the heart of the beach district. Guests will love the renovated interiors' glamorous feel and being mere steps from the Beach Club, restaurants, and our white-sand beaches.

Serene white interiors, sea breezes, and Gulf views provide a restful backdrop for neutral furnishings dotted with aquamarine accents, modern artwork, and luxe fabrics. New floors give the unit a refreshed feel. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a sea-glass blue tile backsplash, and a high-top dark granite bar overlooking a light-filled living and dining area. During meals, guests can enjoy Gulf views at a dining table that seats 6. A wide armchair that folds out to a twin and 2 sofas surround a large smart TV in the living area. A hammered silver table, and blue velvet throw pillows add a dash of movie star glam. Guests can walk out to a Gulf-front balcony through a door in the living area. The balcony furniture includes a wooden bench, a high-top wooden table with four captain chairs, and two beachy Adirondack chairs. A lovely primary bedroom off the dining area also opens to the balcony. Guests can enjoy Gulf views from the king bed, catch up on work at a dainty marble-top desk, and get ready for a night out in a private bathroom with a vanity and glass-enclosed shower.

A traditional wood staircase leads from the living area to an adorable loft space with a built-in full and twin bed. Guests in the loft have a shared 1st floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
