L’emplacement est extraordinaire, le fait d’avoir une place de parking est un atout majeur. Le logement est bien mais vétuste, il mériterait d’être rénové, peu de vaisselle, peu d’éclairage…

Appartement très bien situé mais qui mériterait un rafraichissement

Appartement situé dans l’hyper centre de Biarritz. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Dans un immeuble de charme. Mobilier un peu défraîchi avec quelques éléments cassés (tiroirs qui ne s’ouvrent pas notamment). Pas de TV, pas de sèche-cheveux contrairement à ce qui est précisé dans l’annonce. Il reste que c’est un excellent rapport prix/situation pour qui n’est pas attaché à ces détails.

Un très beau lieu pour les vacances !!!

Emplacement idéal que cet appartement en plein centre ville de Biarritz. Tout est à portée immédiate : restaurants, plage, casino, balade le long de la mer... En plus, l'appartement possède un parking privatif sécurisé. Quoi demander de plus... Je recommande !!!

Emplacement idéal, belle vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement. La situation est vraiment idéale : dans l'hypercentre de Biarritz, à côté des restaurants, des commerces et du marché. La très belle Grande plage, visible depuis la fenêtre de l'appartement -très jolie vue sur l'océan- est vraiment à 2 pas. De plus la place de parking est très appréciable surtout en plein été où on ne trouve aucune place dans la rue et où tous les parkings sont saturés. Je recommande vivement cette location.

A100m la rue principale à 200m de l autre côté la place des bus et devant !! Une vue sur la grande plage grandiose ! Excellent emplacement pour profiter du coin en étant à l abri de l agitation ... accueil très cordial appartement confortable je recommande !!!

Au cœur de Biarritz dans l'hyper centre, à 2 pas de la plage. La vue sur la mer est superbe. La bâtisse classée est somptueuse et avec son parking privé le stationnement est facilité. Très bien équipé avec plaques induction, lave linge et lave vaisselle, pas de corvées en vacance. Les 2 lits sont de bonne qualité. Calme et bien insonorisé par les murs épais. On y dort bien. C'était parfait. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Cdlt

Appartement très bien situé et très agréable avec une belle vue sur la grande plage. Tout y est fonctionnel à l intérieur avec en plus le charme de l'ancien. André et Louise les propriétaires sont très sympa. Je recommande !!
