Do beach waves and golfing on beautiful Martha's Vineyard sound like a great vacation to you? Look no further than this newly renovated, two-level townhouse with access to a shared pool, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and proximity to the beach and neighboring golf course!
Located on the scenic grounds of The Island Inn, you're just a two-mile drive from the town of Oak Bluffs and a half-mile walk to the beach. When the weather's nice, play a round or two on the rolling fairways of the golf course next door or rent a kayak and go for an adventure out to sea.
Come back and relax in the living room and enjoy pleasant conversations or watch your favorite shows on the cable TV. Cooking is easy thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, and everyone will easily fit around the dining table. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Lazy days are best spent by the pool while WiFi lets you research activities in the area. A sofa bed and crib allow for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space; the second-floor bedroom being a lofted space, semi-open to the floor below.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
