Come Enjoy The Sunshine!

Just 200 ft from beautiful Cocoa Beach. The beach is only steps away! #13 is an upstairs condo with no elevator. If you are in good shape and able to walk up and down steps PROPERLY to access a condo, you will have no issues and will LOVE your stay at unit #13!

Unit #13 is 615 sq. ft. with plenty of room! Master bedroom hosts a queen bed, dresser, mirror, bookshelf, iron and ironing board, with plenty of closet space. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, dishes, silverware and extras. Lounge room host a large comfortable couch to relax and watch the flat screen TV or surf the internet!

Check in is completed by self check-in. We have a co-host that we work with who lives on the premises for check in/check out (if needed ), 24/7 emergency needs, or assistance. However, we are available within the hour via email or phone.

The location is just perfect! Not only are you 200 ft from the beach, you have everything else close by. Downtown Cocoa Beach has a great variety of shopping and attractions including Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants and more. Cocoa Beach Pier is 1 mile away. 2 miles to Manatee Sanctuary Park and 3 miles to Port Canaveral. The Kennedy Space Center is only 20 miles away. The unit sits 26 miles south of Titusville and 25 miles north of Melbourne. The area host numerous wildlife parks and reserves. Plus Walt Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio, Harry Potter World , and many more attractions are only 70 miles away. You couldn't ask for a nicer location.

The streets are guest friendly. Driving around is nice and easy. The streets are bike friendly with plenty if bike paths along the road. The area also offers bus and taxis services.

An Awesome Beach Vacation

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying at the property. You couldn't ask for a closer location; they had everything you would need to go to the beach. They even had a cooler you could use. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great little place by the ocean!

We’ve stayed in this area for 15 years. This is the first time at this location. It is by far the cleanest unit we’ve ever had. Neighbors were so nice and host was so helpful. If you want the ocean and it’s just the 2 of you, this is the place! Has everything you need!

Stormy weather

The property had a great location next to the beach. Unfortunately, we had three days of showers prior to Thanksgiving, which, of course, was not the fault of the property. It was well equipped for spending time on the beach. A good value for a family who wants to relax and it is in a very quiet area but near everything.

The easy access to the beach was amazing! The walls are pretty thin and guests next door were outside smoking and arguing all the time, but the place was well-stocked for cooking. Teas and coffees would be a nice addition.

Good Access to Beach

We spent everyday on the beach with the exception of one day spent at Kennedy Space Center. The beach is a short walk from the apartment and was not crowded. An unplanned bonus was seeing a rocket launch from KSC while swimming.

Lovely spot on the beach

We got to FL a few days before a cruise so we could have some time on the beach, and this was the perfect spot for a two night trip. Great proximity to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Vargas Cafe for authentic Cuban fare). A few things that could make the property even better: a king size bed, different cleaning products as whatever was being used had quite a strong smell, and a good fridge clean as it smelled like someone had stored fresh fish in there and then never cleaned it. But I would absolutely stay again if we needed a place before or after a cruise!

Why they chose this property

I actually purchase this property from my Grandmother who decided it was time for someone else in the family to look after it. I have been coming her since I was a little girl, along with other family members. It holds a lot a special memories. I couldn't see selling it to someone else and not allowing my own children or the rest of the family continue to enjoy it too.

What makes this property unique

I love this place not only for the memories it makes while you stay there but for the location too. You are steps away from Cocoa Beach, the location is just perfect to everything. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Orlando is about an hour away that has ever theme park you could want to visit. Then when you are tired and want to rest, who wouldn't want to relax on the beach that is in front of the property.
