The condo was immaculately clean. The location was a 1-minute walk across the street to the beach. The pool was clean, The grounds were clean. The bed was superbly comfortable. Everything you can think of was provided in this condo. Anything you need for the beach it was there, anything you need in the kitchen it was there. The only thing you might want to take extra is a few washcloths. There were a few provided but we had to wash them nightly to reuse them. I will definitely book this condo next time.

It was perfect for our Anniversary Getaway. All the amenities were just as they were described. Plenty of room for us to enjoy the condo. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony and the easy access to the beach.

What a great unit for the area. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Great accommodations throughout. The hosts were super-communicative and had a welcome package of bread and wine when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Have stayed in this unit twice. Nice pet friendly area. Close to the beach, Winn Dixie, restaurants and very well stocked unit. Feels like home. Will definitely be back to 310.

Perfect for us!

The location was great! Beach access was so easy. The condo was clean. It was decorated cute. Loved morning coffee on the balcony. Also, watching a thunder storm on the ocean. Perfect view. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The condo was very clean and accurate to the description given. The view was better than we expected. The owners where easy to work with and very friendly! Perfect vacation

This condo is perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were all very comfortable. Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, shops and food near by. Our only complaint was that the main bedroom is very bright in the mornings making it hard to sleep in. Thank you Buddy & Sheryl for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.

Absolutely wonderful!

This unit was beyond accommodating! We had everything we needed. Had some things we didn’t even realize we’d need! This place was clean and had an amazing view! Every morning I would sit out and have my coffee & see dolphins playing. (Binoculars were an added bonus.) The owners are amazing as well. We had an amazing time & hope to come back soon!
