A beautiful studio apartment located in the historic district of town. within walking distance of town park, shopping, restaurants, bars, our amazing local brew pub and amusements. Pleasant comfortable accommodations with a Queen size bed, an additional murphy bed, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk.

The Gowdy Manor is a 6 bed 4 bath Victorian home located in the heart of Lake City walking distance to restaurants and downtown, sleeps 16. The Bonnie Rose is another Victorian home built in 1902 and recently restored is a 5 bed 2 bath that sleeps 12. The Gowdy Studio, sleeps 3. The Gowdy Apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath, sleeps 4. The Gowdy Suite 1, sleeps 4 and the Gowdy Suite 2, sleeps 6.
