Our stay was wonderful! We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and perfect, plenty of towels, comfortable livingroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful girls trip!
This location is lovely inside. It is well furnished with a few extra nice touches as well. The parking is tight and although marked clearly we were parked out a couple times by the cigar shop customers and yelled at by the cigar shop proprietor when his spot was used by us for an hour when packing to leave. I would recommend this location
The outside of the property was a bit concerning at first and the parking was tight but the apartment was great and suited our needs for our stay during our son’s graduation from Parris Island. The property owner was excellent and attentive! Clean apartment and was just what we needed for our quick stay.
This was the perfect spot for our long weekend trip to Beaufort! It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Four of us were very comfortable here. Thanks so much for a wonderful place to stay in a city we love!
Loved the location! We really enjoyed our time. Very clean, and comfortable. Thank you for our pass to hunting island we spent a lot of time there. Will definitely stay again.
Parking was great, The size of the apt was great, Cafe below a plus and walking to town wonderful. Beds very comfortable. Host, check in and out all pluses. It would be a total 5 star stay if the furniture was a bit up dated, I like the whole idea of quaint and cozy, but the sofa was too uncomfortable/shabby to watch TV. Everything else is a recommendation.
My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The location was great. We could walk everywhere. Accommodation's clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
I think this was our 3rd or 4th stay here and they have all been great. When we are coming to the area, we always check to see if this place is available first. Thanks for a great stay!!!
Excellent place to stay. Would stay again.
Bikes were a nice plus.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this property in 1987. It consisted of 1 office and 3 long-term residential rentals. in 1997 we added the Magnolia Bakery Cafe and Garden Gift Gallery. (now paused in business) The original building was built in the 1950's and has been upgraded several times. In 2016 we converted Suite A (1 bedroom) to short-term rental as a test. With overwhelming positive response in 2018 we converted Suite B (2 bedroom) to short-term rentals. Please see VRBO #912215 for our current 5 Star Reviews.
What makes this property unique
This property has cool river breezes, large southern Magnolias and Spanish Moss covered oak trees It is within walking distance to the historic Old Point (across the street) Downtown, the Waterfront Park and sweeping views of the Intercostal Waterway. There is reserved parking directly in front for both A & B units but if that is taken there is extra parking beside and behind the building. Both units have 2 bicycles each together with free Beach passes at Hunting Island State Park
