Welcome to the K-Lodge. This 9 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is perfectly located in North Conway. Located on Kearsarge Rd (a well known roadway) and less than a mile from Cranmore Mountain, North Conway center, and only 7 minute drive to Outlet shopping, Echo Lake, Saco River, Storyland, and 25 mins to Wildcat! The K-Lodge offers a memorable experience for families interested in vacationing together. I rent exclusively to families and mature adult groups (16 adult occupancy limit).
The K-Lodge is a large charming vacation home nestled into a quiet neighborhood. There is a noise ordinance and parking limitations (8 car max) that are monitored by exterior security cameras and noise aware system.
Historically, the K-Lodge was once a ski lodge with a small downhill slope and towrope for local skiers. Later it was then transformed into an Inn for the Snowtrain travelers whom traveled north to visit the beauty and excitement that North Conway offered. This home has since been refreshed into a one of a kind vacation rental, called the K-Lodge for being on Kearsarge road. The K-Lodge still continues to show signs of its historical charm from the days of being an Inn with; spacious common areas and bedrooms, in- room sinks, and many antique features. This 9 bedroom vacation lodge is perfect place to stay for the entire family; grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. The K-Lodge currently features: 3 levels of living space, spacious driveway, deck, screen porch, and secluded side yard. First floor- 2 bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining and attached Living room with Wood Stove, Pool Table Room, 1.5 Bathrooms, and Laundry space.
Second floor- 6 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms.
Lower level- Pub style(with kegerator for rent, which can be added on to your rental up to 30 days before your rental, please inquire abt this refrigeration rental), large Living space with gas fireplace, 9th bedroom and 1 Bathroom
Outside- Driveway (fits 8 cars, Front Screen Porch, Side Deck with Hot Tub and Built-in Grill, and Side Yard with fire pit (bring your own wood and cozy up around a fire).
We respect the beauty of our town of North Conway and quiet enjoyment of all our neighbors. Which is why we like to remind all interested groups of the following. Fireworks are illegal in North Conway as well as very disruptive to the neighborhood. A noise policy is instituted during all stays, which you will find in the lease. Any serious violations will result in immediate eviction and loss/charge of $500 security deposit. These disruptive behaviors are not tolerated and will impact our ability continue to rent our home.
