Unit 95- Completely renovated - 2 bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo with Amazing View of the #1 Beach!! | This two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The living room is equipped with a large 58" Flat screen Tv with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV, both included with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker. The condo has laminate wood flooring throughout. The comfortably furnished patio with sliding windows, allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

The condo was very well stocked. It was nice and roomy and clean. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great. The location was the best, right on the beach and be close the the little down town area. A lot of very good restaurants near by We would stay there again in a heart beat. Also we went to the pool a few days when it was a little chilly, the pool was set at a nice temperature and was spotless!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Highlights were the beach, the help on the beach with chairs, and access to three different pools . To clarify the listing, this is a 9th floor (out of 11) condo in a high rise. The windows open, but there is no outdoor balcony. It was very comfortable, very clean, and had all we could ask for in accommodations.

Need to remove the photo of beautiful swimming pool ( heart shape ) to confuse It belong to us ! It's too old condo ,not update , the microwave need fix ,the manager not easy to contact the nextdoor is fixing and make too much noise from 8 AM . We're of 6 over 70 years old . make us have headache . My husband can't rest much and get sick after for a week .It's a night mare on 3 days at the condo !

Great location, nicest beach I think of all the resorts. Liked that there were 2 pools, one on the canal/inter coastal side and the other on the ocean side, 2 tennis courts, and a brand new gym (which opens next week)
