Southern elegance meets Pensacola Beach at 1708 Ensenada Uno! Located on a quiet street in a cul-de-sac just across the street from the Sound. The garage on the ground level offers ample parking for multiple vehicles as well as storage for your beach toys. There is an amazing game room with pool table as well!

The first floor has two bedrooms and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both with new large screen TV's! One of the main level bedrooms has a single queen bed with large flat screen TV and the second main level bedroom has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds that also have a large flat screen TV. Kitchen, dining and living all flow nicely for entertaining with a large deck off the living room. Brand new 75" flat screen TV in the living room too! There is a half bath on the first floor for guests. The entire third floor is the master suite with king bed, large flat screen TV and a private bath with French doors that lead onto your private balcony with breathtaking views.

The pristine white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach is located a short 5-7 minute walk to the south from this quiet private cul-de-sac. Pet friendly too with pet fee! (35 pounds and under permitted $250 pet fee per pet)

Family fun in Pensacola Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We've been to many places and vacations, but this was by far the easiest and organized one we've gone through. Also the gift bag was totally unexpected and loved! Thank you!

Nice Pool - Loud Rental Neighbors

Our second stay at this home, because we wanted to see how the new swimming pool affected our experience. Positives: walking distance to beach, nice home, large TVs, fenced in yard, pool, pet friendly Negatives: sticky door knobs, sticky stair rail, surrounded by rental properties with very large groups of people under one roof - very loud, poorly stocked kitchen, no lighting in the back yard for grilling
