Romantic Cabin at Beautiful Lake Lure!

Hurricane Helene Update: Our cabins are in good shape. Our lakefront and first pond have been damaged and are being repaired. The construction at our lakefront to remove sediment from the lake from Hurricane Helene has finished and the lake is deeper than it has been in many years! We are very grateful for the work the Corps of Engineers and their subcontractors have done. The lake is now full pond! Romantic cabin on a mountain lake. We are near Chimney Rock, Asheville and The Biltmore House. We are only 1/4 mile from the site where the movie Dirty Dancing was filmed. We are only 18 miles from the new Tryon International Equestrian Resort. Our cozy one bedroom log cabin is built for couples and has a hot tub. We are located in the Town of Lake Lure and only one mile south of the charming mountain Village of Chimney Rock, NC. For no extra cost we have canoes, horse shoes, private fishing ponds, and a dock on beautiful Lake Lure. All set in a natural landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Plus, only a short distance away you will find the Lake Lure Beach and Marina, Historic Lake Lure Inn, Restaurants, Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure Tour Boats, horseback riding, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, tennis courts, Chimney Rock Village and fly fishing on the Rocky Broad River! Also in Lake Lure you will find two championship golf courses and a municipal nine-hole golf course.

Everything was wonderful. Very convenient and a beautiful place to stay. The quick walk down to the dock, was it easily accessible, having canoes and something to do while being there was extremely convenient. The total atmosphere was great. I will definitely be booking more trips here in the future .

The cabin was perfect with a great location. The view of the lake was wonderful and relaxing. The owner even provides dog bowls and leashes for your fur babies. And the hotbtub was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay for those wanting to disconnect from their devices. There is a DVD player but not many DVDs. Hot tub was nice and a warm fireplace afterwards. Bed was comfy. Cabin was fairly clean.

Nice cabin for two

Very cute cabin at Lake Lure NC. Great location with privacy, close to Chimney rock and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.
