Good communication with host. Spotlessly clean property but if your group cooks, the kitchen is extremely tiny and there is no grill. Enjoyed the street! Not too busy but busy enough. Beds were comfy!

The house was very clean and the location was great. My grandchildren loved it and want to stay here next time we visit Ocean Lakes. The best 3 words to describe............Clean, Cozy, Comfortable. It was just the right size for 4 people. I personally liked the set up. One step and you're in. No fighting steps every time you come and go. That means a lot to an old injured knee.

Clean and comfortable, kitchen and two twin bedrooms are very small but worked fine for small kids. Washer and dryer is outside in building but clean and worked great. Would stay again.

Hi John, I’m sorry you were unhappy. You could have called and let me know. You did pay for cleaning; instructions in the home clearly stated: take the trash out and place rugs in a pile. Sorry that was too much. There were no pine needles in the area of the home that you use. The pine needles line the flower beds and that is a nature thing. Lastly, again if you have read your instructions, you were not expected to blow the driveway off upon departure. Stay well, take care, and sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay!

Here's a polished VRBO review you could use:Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy and welcoming home. From the moment we arrived, our four-year-old and two-year-old immediately felt comfortable and at home, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us. The host was exceptional with communication; responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciated the location, as the home is tucked away on one of the quieter sides of the campground, providing a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!
