Lovely house, with 170 m² of living space, 4 facades, not overlooked, on a 1000 m² plot with trees and an 8 x 4 m pool. The charm of old and modern designs combines on a green setting in the heart of Vallespir. Sleeping capacity: 8 people + 2 baby cots available. The ground floor is an 80 m² large space opened to the south, with one kitchen, a lounge and a dining room, combining tradition and modernity. On the first floor, there are two 12 m² south-facing bedrooms, a 42 m² bathroom with shower. On the second floor, a 36 m² large open space with one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and a desk. A 30 m² dependency can be arranged as a sleeping studio: Living area, Bathroom with shower, WC, a small detached terrace. The1000 m² garden with trees has an 8 x 4 m fenced pool, a large deck, loungers, an irrigation channel and a built-in barbecue. Completely fenced, not overlooked, the garden has space for parking several vehicles. The southern part is ideal for outdoor activities, with a beautiful dining area under the shade of the mimosa, the lawn, the swimming pool, the barbecue. Garden and pool maintenance included on the price.
The house is ideally located between the sea and the mountain, at just 1h 40 from Barcelona, at 30 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes away from Perpignan, in Vallespir (hikes, horseback riding, agrotourism, balneotherapy, golf, wake-board park, tree climbing). The village of Céret is 7 minutes away by car (very bustling village, with a Museum of Modern Art, market on Saturday morning). Shops nearby.

Tolles Haus, wunderschöne Gegend

Wir waren vor kurzem bei Ludovic und Alain zu Gast. Beide waren sehr sympathisch und unsere Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Das Haus und der Pool sind wirklich toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige war nicht toll war, waren die ganzen Mücken und der Gegend, wofür die Beiden natürlich nichts können. Ansonsten war es ein wundervoller Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles Ludovic & Alain

Un lieu très agréable

Une maison contemporaine chaleureuse dans sa deco.Lumineuse.spacieuse,très bien équipée ,la maison et sa dépendance sont tres cconfortable. La cerise sur le gâteau c est la gentillesse et la disponibilité d'Alain dont la présence discrète et efficace nous a été très utile..merci Alain!

Décevant !

Maison inadaptée pour passer de belles soirées entre amis ou en famille dehors au bord de la piscine ! Certes tout y est, mais la piscine se salit très vite (nous avons dû la nettoyer matin et soir), le barbecue était inutilisable (car dégoûtant) à notre arrivée et nous avons surtout été accueillis par une nuée de moustiques… La maison quand à elle est conforme dans l’ensemble aux photos de l’annonce (description, déco), mais quand on ouvre les tiroirs de la cuisine, on se pose des questions quand à l’efficacité du ménage réalisé (vaisselle sale, il y avait encore du gâteau au chocolat sur les bougies d’anniversaire que nous avons trouvées ! etc…) Nous pensons que cette maison n’était pas prête à être mise en location pour cette saison estivale… nous sommes donc assez déçus car nous n’avons pas pu profiter à 100% de cette maison qui nous plaisait beaucoup sur le papier.

Navrant ! Madame, nous sommes navrés de lire votre message. En effet, nous faisons tout notre possible pour rendre la maison agréable pour les voyageurs, et ne comprenons pas votre réaction. Vous n'avez pas été accueillie par des moustiques mais par notre ami qui était présent lors de votre arrivée. Le jardin était fait par notre jardinier, le ménage réalisé par une personne qualifiée. Oui il y a peut être du chocolat sur les bougies car ce n'est pas un hotel mais une maison de particuliers. Oui il faut nettoyer la piscine, car elle est à votre usage privatif et que cela nécessite un entretien. La terrasse de la piscine n'est en effet pas destinée à faire des repas, il y a une terrasse à l'ombre pour cela, je vous garanti que la maison est très bien adaptée aux belles soirées en famille ou entre amis... Je regrette de vous avoir mis 5 étoiles sans réfléchir, pensant être dans un rapport de confiance. Je vous ai téléphoné pour discuter de cela mais vous n'avez pas daigné répondre. Donc votre note de communication sera 0.

Maison agréable mais environnement bruyant

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, ses volumes et ses équipements (conformes à la description). La piscine se salit vite. Un robot nettoyeur serait un plus. Le coin repas dans le jardin est très agréable. En revanche, nous avons été gênés par le bruit permanent environnant : par la route qui est très circulée et par l'usine située à l'entrée d'Amélie (bruit de ventilation jour et nuit).

Maison spacieuse,agréable, fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée. Par contre pour les grosses chaleurs de l’été il faudrait prévoir des ventilateurs pour le RC, le 1er étage et la dépendance. La température n’était supportable que dans la chambre du dernier étage grâce à la climatisation. Une protection solaire extérieure du côté des grandes baies vitrées serait nécessaire. La présence importante de moustiques dès le matin et tout au long de la journée n’a pas permis de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur. Excellentes relations avec la personne chargée de l’accueil et des contacts au cours du séjour.

Very happy but with a couple of suggestions

The kitchen and entertaining area was faultless, bags of kitchen equipment for our group, excellent space to cook and chat, the entertaining, seating and dining space was fantastic. My only thoughts are that bed linen, (including duvet covers) should be provided as well as towels. For a group of people flying in to enjoy the property it should be possible to have these provided even if there was an additional laundry fee. Also, the Homeaway app mentioned giving a Wifi code but there is no internet at the property - something that was an inconvenience. Lastly the swimming pool, although a welcome addition to any holiday had very green water, especially by the end of our week stay. I do not know if there was a problem with the filtering or chemicals but it certainly didn't look like the picture on the website. Having said all that, the size of the property, the quality of the furnishings, the garden and the privacy made for a really excellent holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Why they chose this property

We are leaving the region for business reasons, but we want to keep our house, which is very important for us. We acquired it on 2006 and have renovated it. We will keep it as a holiday house, outside the rentals periods.

What makes this property unique

It is located on a green setting, with view over the mountains. The house is located on a sparsely populated residential area with easy access. During the renovation, we have combined modernity with tradition by adding an extension that offers a large living space which opens into the garden. Not overlooked, with a charming outdoor area, with shaded and sunny areas, a large garden table under the huge mimosa, where you can have meals and barbecues (close to the barbecue) with you family and friends. There are many possible sleeping arrangements available. The 30 m² dependency with bathroom and WC is ideal for a couple with one children, total quiet.
