Beach Colony Resort East condominium awaits you for a relaxing vacation. Treat yourself to this luxury complex, located directly on Navarre Beach, with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico.

This upscale condo is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master is furnished with a king size bed with an en suite bath that has a jacuzzi garden tub and walk-in shower. You will want to spend time soaking and admiring the gulf view from this tub. The master opens to a large, circular balcony. The second bedroom has two very comfortable double beds for a great night’s rest. Each bedroom is furnished with an LCD tv. The guest bathroom is large and located right off of the 2nd bedroom.

The large living room has plenty of seating with new leather furniture. The view from the living room will allow you to admire the Gulf of Mexico right from your chair.

Enjoy hours of relaxation sitting on the large circular balcony, with a view of the Navarre fishing pier and people watching.

The fully furnished kitchen comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. It is stocked with items you would find in your own kitchen. There is a two person eating bar attached. The dining area has a 4 person dining table for you to sit and enjoy the spectacular view of the emerald green water.

The condo comes with free Wi-Fi service. The complex has an on-site exercise room and a social room. The large, gated pool on site feels great after a day spent basking in the sun and tennis courts are also available on site.

Absolutely fantastic!

The property and location were absolutely fantastic! You are literally a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The layout of the property was perfect, well designed, and spotless. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a perfect vacation. The host was very helpful/friendly and offered us an early check in. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great place and location

The condo is directly on the water. It was well stocked with anything you needed in the kitchen. The owner was so on top of anything you could possibly want.He notified us when the unit was ready for check-in which provided an early arrival. Notified us a few time just to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend this unit.

Great spring break!

If possible the condo was even better than in the pictures. It was a great family friendly spring break location and everyone was super friendly. The amount of beach toys available was very surprising and we didn't have to buy anything extra. The host is one of the best I've ever had using VRBO and was very attentive! I cannot wait to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this great location. The views of the beach were unparalleled, the size and layout of the condo was perfect for our family, it was supplied with everything we needed, and our host was great. We truly had a wonderful stay and wouldn't change a thing. Navarre Beach is away from the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach but with all the natural beauty. 10/10 would stay here again.
