Large veranda and patio garden of 100m2. Equipment: Fridge, Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 5-burner hob on central island, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, 32cm flat screen TV, two couches, one of which is a sofa bed.
Water and heating included.
Possibility of a third adjoining bedroom (with supplement) as part of the rental of the house: 21m2 studio, living room with equipped kitchenette. dressing room and separate bathroom with wc (two additional beds).
