Home Away From Home in the Sea Isle!

Great location with easy access to all the amenities! Located on the West End in the Sea Isle neighborhood within walking distance to the fishing pier, marina, boat slips, local restaurant, canal, and beach access! 3 separate sleeping areas, dining room, full kitchen, wrap around balcony, and outdoor shower for keeping sand where it belongs! House was built in the 70s but the living and dining areas have been remodeled. Leave all your worries at home and just bring yourselves and your beach towels! Dishes, linens, bath towels, etc provided. Excellent price for the value!

Sea Isle vacation

We had an awesome time and experience staying at this property. Melanie was very helpful and informative throughout our stay there. Inside was clean and the beds were definitely comfortable. Very, very, cold AC by the way so if you don't like it cold at night, you should probably bring extra blankets! We will definitely be back again.

Not clean!

We arrived and beds had been slept in mud and dirt on floor. Obviously housekeeping did not come before we arrived. Management sent someone over to clean which was diificult since we were trying to rinse off after a long day at the beach. The kitchen drawers were dirty where utensils were kept. Lights under the house did not work so we were not able to enjoy grilling in the evening.

There was several small issues but the big issue was the assumption that we'd have access to the community fisjikg pier which the owner said we did, but the key was missing. Owner was as helpful as she coudlve been, but property manager shouldve made sure the key was there. House had ants everywhere from the kitchen to the restroom and even the bed rooms. Washer wasnt even unloaded from previoud guest. All these issues I can look past, but for me a big reason i booked this home was because it said we would have access to the pier. I rented other homes in Sea Isle and never had this issue.

Should not be charged the EXTRA $150.00 if it's not clean

The trash from the previous quest was aweful! We should be refunded the cleaning fee, the Marshall even came to say neighbors wanted the trash picked up. No trash bags were available for us and the house was not clean, including pee stains on the queen bed and pillow. The location and the neighborhood seemed fine but we could not sit outside and enjoy the scenery because of the trash smell! We would not recommend this home, it's never fun when you go on vacation to celebrate your Grandson's birthday and the police show up because of the trash and it makes you want to puke when you walk outside. Not to mention that our son is sick after sleeping on a pee stained bed. The management finally started answering after the police contacted them. Not a good time at all!!
