This beautiful and spacious two-bedroom townhouse is in an ideal Frisco location with views of Lake Dillon. This townhome has everything you need for a vacation rental. The setting can't be beat either, as it is located in a quiet Frisco neighborhood, backing up to a beautiful meadow with unobstructed views of Lake Dillon and the Continental Divide. There is definitely something here for everyone!

Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar are featured in the completely remodeled kitchen. This unit also has a spacious dining area with a dining room table that seats up to 8 guests.

The beautiful and spacious master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, sofa, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses. It also features its own HDTV. There is a full guest bathroom in the hallway right outside the bedroom.

The living room features a large HDTV, gas fireplace, and stunning views. There is a double Murphy bed for additional sleeping. A large private deck is right off the living room, where you can enjoy this amazing setting and BBQ anytime of the year.

The home also features a full-size washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a spacious garage. In the summer, you can enjoy the tennis court, which also features pickleball lines—there is an activity nearby for every season! Without even having to get in your car, you can walk right out the door and enjoy the numerous trails nearby. Centrally located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to all local ski resorts, you can't beat this location!

There is a well-maintained clubhouse, so after a long day of activity, come home and soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool. You definitely can't beat the value when booking this property—it has everything you would want in a vacation rental, in the ideal Frisco location.

This was easily the most stocked Vrbo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was beyond stocked with every appliance you could ever want or need. The beds were a dream. I will look for the place everytime I stay in Frisco.

Great place

This was the perfect place for our family. Great views from the deck and great location. Very clean and well appointed. We needed a fan for our stay and it was there for us right away. Easy communication. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Amazing view

The condo was clean and had a great layout. The view from the patio was amazing. The sun rises right off the back over the lake. Also had a moose walk through the area. Location is perfect. Easy access to the paved trail and all the amenities Frisco has to offer.

Amazing property

Perfect location and property for family ski getaway. This place was super clean and updated. It had everything you could need and more. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable here. We skied at Vail, Breck, and Beaver Creek and this location worked well for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean/neat. Great kitchen which we enjoyed for breakfasts. The views from the back of the house are gorgeous. Very convenient location a few blocks from Frisco's Main Street and a short drive to Copper Mountain. Vail and Beavercreek are also nearby.

Very nice place

We enjoyed this property. It was in great shape and very comfortable. It was very easy to prepare and eat meals at. The humidifiers in the bedrooms were a great addition for us coming from a more humid area. Overall we were very happy with this property and would recommend it to others.

Perfect Stay and Location

This property was fantastic and was as advertised. The location is great as it backs up to the lake and has a nice view of the mountains. Upon arrival the cabin was very clean and we had no issues. All the accommodations were suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the quality of the kitchenware. Overall we would not hesitate to book this property again.

Ideally located properly that buffers open space with a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for Covid times when cooking at home is preferable. We would visit again without question.

Long Skiing Weekend

This condo is so comfortable and perfectly located for skiing at Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. The view and access to the meadow and bike/walking path make it so beautiful and a wonderful morning stroll. The condo itself has all the amenities and was very spacious for 5 people. I highly recommend it!

Great place for mountain getaway!

Fantastic place that is centrally located to several ski resorts. There were 7 people in our party and there was more than enough room for all. The kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms were well thought out and stocked. The main floor is nice and bright with great views. The kids loved the bunked beds and having their own TV. Having laundry machines in the unit is so convenient! We actually have a STR in Silverthorne but couldn’t use it because we forgot to reserve the dates. Staying at your place brought to our attention some of our short comings and improvements we will make to our place. Overall A+ and highly recommend!

Fantastic Mountain View

Excellent location central to many of the great Colorado skiing resorts/areas. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountain ranges in the Frisco/Dillion area right outside the patio doors. Only 9 miles from Breck, maybe 12 miles to Keystone and a few more to A-Basin...great location. Near all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. Excellent condo, well equipped kitchen, everything you need is right there, not to mention the indoor pool and hot tub as part of the deal. Plus an attached garage, balcony with a BBQ grill. Also a nearby nature preserve great for hiking and seeing the Dillion reservior. Overall this condo is an excellent base camp for your Colorado Mountain adventures. Garage is a standard height door, so if you have a full size SUV or truck with a roof/ski rack, you might not fit. However convient parking (plus pass) is right outside the door. Hope to use this facility on our next adventure in Colorado!

Great Location, Great Condo

We loved this place - right in Frisco and 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and ski supply shops, it was very convenient, and yet the condo was removed enough from town to provide a quiet retreat. The view of the mountains from the living area was not only beautiful, but also a good way to judge the day's coming ski conditions. We based from here to try out several ski areas and found it to be very convenient with Copper just 15 minutes away, Breckenridge about 20 and Vail about 30. After a long day of skiing it was nice to return to a spacious and clean condo, cook up a meal and watch a movie or sit by the fire and relax. Even better was taking a little time in the hot tub and pool to soothe the muscles. Overall a great place and a great town. Would love to return sometime.

Wonderful family condo

We stayed at this location during a family ski vacation. We have stayed in several condos in the area and this one is by far the favorite. Great location, great views, very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

This place had everything you could possibly need. Very close to skiing, shopping. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of space, everything for cooking, bbq, and very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Frisco Vacation

Renting this property was extremely satisfying. The owners went to great lengths to make sure everything was in the condo that could possibly be needed. From a large number of coffee cups, plates, silverware, and any other cooking utensils needed including a crockpot, large bowls, and upgraded appliances. The owners also made sure there were games in the game cabinet for the children to play with. I would highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located next to three ski rental places and a Walmart. It’s all close to the Frisco Summit station. Easy access in and out.

Beautiful Place!

Enjoyed a great 3-day getaway. The property is very well finished and has everything you need. Beautiful views of the mountains and easy walk to the lake. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
