I wanted to let you know that we do have a portable ramp available in the front closet that can be set up at either of the sliding glass doors for easier access. Many guests prefer to set it up near the master bedroom, which provides convenient access to both the deck and the master bath. Normally, if we know in advance that a guest will need it, we’re happy to have it ready before arrival. We do wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have gladly set it up right away.
