Great summer vacation. Location is great and we are aware of the beach chair situation - it can be managed perfectly fine if you plan ahead. The house has everything we needed for a small family of 4. Cooking, movie nights, clean rooms. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable house. Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach; walking distance to the Rosemary Beach village and Alys Beach. Biking with the included bikes was a must. Easy contact with property management. Will definitely return.

Great stay and very clean!

We really enjoyed our stay at sunset beach. The beach access is very close, the house is very clean, and there are three full baths. It was the perfect place for our long weekend at the beach!

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mare e Sole. The property was clean and exactly as listed and the communication from property management was proactive and very helpful. Great location and perfect amenities in the area for young families. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

The house was cute, clean and spacious enough for our family. Some beach supplies were provided (beach cart, boogie boards and float) and appreciated. The best part was being able to walk to restaurants and shops nearby.

Fabulous Stay!

We loved this beach villa at Sunset Beach! Loved being close to Rosemary Beach for bike rides and dining out. We also loved being within walking distance to the beach. And Paradise Properties was so wonderful with all the details and accommodating our requests. We can't wait to come back soon!

Beautiful carriage house

The carriage house was very clean and perfectly appointed. The layout was wonderful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house is located directly between the beach and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location & has everything you need!

Super close to the beach, loved being able to run up to the house for a quick lunch break. Also centrally located to Alys restaurants and Barrett Square. Zero complaints! Paradise Properties was very responsive to all of our needs!
